VALGO Group : Franck BOUCHÉ assumes

Paris, February 15, 2024 – VALGO Group, a leading company in the rehabilitation of polluted sites, industrial wastelands and brownfields, announces the appointment of Franck Bouché as its new Chairman. This decision follows the unfortunate passing of François Bouché, the Group’s Chairman and Founder, on January 22.
With over 20 years of experience in soil and building remediation, Franck Bouché previously served as VALGO’s Vice-Chairman since 2022. He has been instrumental in the Group’s growth, expanding into new markets across Canada, Brazil, Italy, Ukraine, Montenegro, Spain, and Uruguay. His expertise in managing teams for complex assignments and large-scale projects has enabled the global deployment of VALGO, “Doctors of the earth,” initially conceived by François Bouché in 2004.
Currently, VALGO operates with 800 employees across fifteen regional agencies and subsidiaries in Europe, Canada, and Brazil. Over a thousand private and public organizations trust VALGO to execute their rehabilitation projects in an environmentally sustainable and economically viable manner.
Franck Bouché, supported by the dedication of VALGO Group’s employees, associates and partners, will oversee this transition in leadership and continue to pursue the strategic roadmap set forth by François Bouché.
