Asbestos removal from the former Sainte-Catherine clinic

VALGO is proud to have successfully completed the asbestos removal of the former Sainte-Catherine clinic, in Pas-de-Calais – France, by integrating innovative technical solutions to meet this challenge in complete safety.

This project carried out between June and September 2024 required advanced methods and specialist equipment to ensure optimal results before demolition.

Innovation and performance

  • Installation of 3,600 m² of heat-welded scaffolding, a system guaranteeing both the safety of teams and perfect insulation of work areas.
  • Removal of 2600 m² of asbestos facade coating in compliance with the strict standards of Qualibat 1552 certification.
  • Simultaneous mobilization of 10 to 12 operators in several distinct areas to optimize deadlines while maintaining impeccable quality of work.
